FIVE MINUTE MINT CHOCOLATE CAKE IN A MUG

Quick and delicious, with this recipe you can satisfy your chocolate craving within five minutes, and with the mint twist, it makes a great Christmas dessert.

5-Minute Mint Chocolate Cake in a Mug


Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons milk (if using creamer)
1 tablespoon peppermint creamer (if omitted, use 3 Tbs milk)
1 tablespoon egg white
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 tablespoon coffee
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe mug, stirring until completely mixed, and microwave on high for 3 minutes.

Run a fork around the edge of the cake and turn out onto plate. Cut in half and serve.
