Garlic Love

I have a cooking motto:

    "There is no such thing as too much garlic."

I love garlic.  I love the flavor and the aroma.

I remember watching a cooking show and the recipe called for 30 (yes, 30!) cloves of garlic.  It sounded wonderful to me.

My mother-in-law was making a dish recently and didn't realize that the little shaker filter wasn't on her jar of garlic powder and accidentally dumped a bunch into her dish.  She said it turned out being the best it's ever tasted.

Not only is garlic delicious it has health benefits as well.  It has been found to be a natural antibiotic and is believed to be good for blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

Next time you're cooking with garlic, add some extra and let the garlic love flow.
