POWER PACKED BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

Power Packed Breakfast Smoothie
Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 large banana
1/2 cup kefir milk (or milk of choice)
1/2 cup frozen or fresh chopped kale
1/2 cup frozen blueberries (or frozen fruit of choice)
1/4 cup liquid egg whites
1 scoop pea or vegan protein powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 tablespoon unsweetend cocoa powder
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper


Directions:
Place all ingredients into blender or large smoothie maker and blend until smooth then pour into glasses and serve.

farragio hint:
I serve ours in two large wine glasses. It's a special touch that makes starting a busy day just a little bit nicer.
