When I'm not in the mood to make a traditional tossed salad with all the fixings I'll make this instead.  It's quick and easy and still packs a lot of flavor.

Slice a cucumber about 1/4" thick.  I usually cut enough so there are four or five slices per person.  Arrange on a plate and sprinkler with bleu cheese crumbles, garlic powder, onion powder, cracked sea salt (or a very light sprinkling of table salt), cracked black pepper (or ground pepper), and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.  Som...
