Unusually Good Low-Fat Brownies

A friend told me of an unusual way to make low-fat brownies that are actually quite good.

Ingredients:
1 (20 oz.) box brownie mix
1 (15 oz.) can black beans

Directions:
Puree the can of black beans in a blender and add to brownie mix.  ONLY use the black beans with the brownie mix; do not add the oil, eggs, and water that the mix calls for.  Just use the pureed beans.  Bake as instructed.

I was skeptical but gave it a try.  You'll be surprised by how good they taste, and the best part is they are low-fat.

Helpful Hint:
If you want to make them even more healthy, add a 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts.  Walnuts are good for your heart and can help lower cholesterol.
