PAYMENT

Payment is made through PayPal or Google Checkout.  Both offer SSL Secure Payment making your information secure and private.  Payment is due in full at time of order.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING

United States:  $6.50
Canada:  $8.50
International:  $15.50

I ship orders with the United States Postal Service (USPS), and use First Class and Parcel Post methods. Shipping charges include Delivery Confirmation for all United States orders and whenever possible for International orders. Insurance is included for orders that are $25 or more (not including tax and shipping cost).

In-stock orders are shipped out within two business days after payment has been received. Custom orders ("Made To Order") are shipped out within seven business days, unless otherwise noted.

PLEASE NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Customs fees, taxes, and duties are not included in the item price or shipping cost. You, the buyer, are responsible for paying all customs fees, taxes, and duties you may be charged by your country. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be.

I can not mark items as a "Gift" when shipping, as this is illegal and a federal offense.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Custom Orders With Monograms:
There are no refunds and no exchanges on custom orders that involve monograms or similar detailing.

Issues with a custom order that are due to a flaw in the merchandise (incorrect monogram, defective materials, etc) are taken on a case-by-case basis. It is my goal to have a totally satisfied customer and I will be happy to work with you to come up with a possible solution.

In-Stock and General Custom Orders:
You have five days after receiving your order to contact me with any issues concerning your order. Please contact me at contact@farragio.com before making a return or exchange.  It is my goal to have a totally satisfied customer and I will be happy to work with you to come up with a satisfactory solution.  Depending on the outcome you may then send the item back for a refund or exchange.

To help defray your costs, your original order shipping cost will be refunded to you with either a refund or exchange.

If returning an item for a refund, your total purchase price of the item(s) will be refunded to you through PayPal or Google Checkout (depending on how you made your purchase) within 24 hours after I have received the item(s).

PLEASE NOTE: I must receive the item(s) back before any refunds or exchanges are made.
