SHIPPING INFORMATION

Your items are shipped from my smoke-free, pug- and cat-friendly studio in House Springs, Missouri (a suburb of St. Louis). Right now I only ship to addresses within the United States. If you are an international customer and are interested in placing an order please contact me at contact@farragio.com.

I ship orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and use Parcel Select, First Class, or Priority Mail methods. Shipping charges include Delivery Confirmation and Shipping Insurance. ORDERS OVER $100 ALSO INCLUDE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION.

I ship to the address that has been provided by you at checkout. Please make sure it is the correct address before submitting your order. An order sent to the wrong address as a result of customer oversight is the customer's responsibility. If in the event an order is returned to me as a result of an incorrect shipping address, an additional shipping charge will be required of you to re-ship the order after it has been returned to me. Please be aware, depending on your location, returns due to non-deliverable issues can take anywhere from 10 days to a few weeks to be returned. Unfortunately, in these cases I cannot re-ship or issue a refund until the item as been returned to me.

SHIPING TIMES:
In-Stock Items: Shipped out within 2 business days
Custom/Made-To-Order Items (personalized, etc): Shipped out within 2 weeks (unless otherwise specified in item listing)

PAYMENT METHOD

I use PayPal® for payment processing. Your payment information is collected using an SSL Secure Connection making your information safe and private. Payment is due in full at time of order.

If in the event more information is needed to complete a custom order but the information is unable to be retrieved from the customer, the order will be cancelled and refunded five days from the time the order was placed.

Reserved Listings that are not purchased within five days will be cancelled.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

     TO HELP DEFRAY YOUR COSTS:
• If returning an order for a refund, your total purchase price of the item(s) including original shipping cost will be refunded to you through PayPal® within 24 hours after I have received the item(s).
• If returning an item for an exchange, your original shipping cost will be refunded to you through PayPal® within 24 hours after I have received the item(s).
• I must receive item(s) back before any refunds or exchanges are made.
In-Stock/Ready-Made Items:
You have five days after receiving your order to contact me with any issues concerning your order. Please contact me at contact@farragio.com.

It is my goal to have a totally satisfied customer and I will be happy to work with you to come up with a satisfactory solution. Depending on the outcome you may then send the item(s) back for a refund or exchange. I must receive item(s) back before any refunds or exchanges are made. Return shipping, including tracking, will be the responsibility of the customer.

Custom/Personalized Orders:
If purchasing a custom order that involves monogramming or similar personalized detailing, please make sure to submit proper spelling. You have 24 hours from the time the order is placed to cancel or change your order. To cancel or change your order please contact me at contact@farragio.com. (Emails are dated and time stamped and I also check my email frequently.) After 24 hours there are no refunds and no exchanges on custom orders. Incorrect spelling due to customer error cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Any issues with a custom order that are due to my [Angela of farragio's] error, or defective materials, are taken on a case-by-case basis. You have five days after delivery of your order to contact me with any issues concerning your order. Please contact me at contact@farragio.com.

Made-to-order items are those that are not made until purchased by the customer. If a made-to-order purchase needs to be cancelled or modified, it is preferable to do so within 24 hours of purchase, but may be done so outside of the 24 hour time frame. Please contact me at contact@farragio.com to cancel or make changes.
